Done For You is a managed service from the HiggsCat team. We agree the direction with you, learn your voice and take ownership of the day-to-day work. You stay involved in product decisions and sensitive questions; you do not have to start every morning with a blank caption.

What €299 per month includes

The fixed monthly service price is €299 excluding VAT. It covers the writing, agreed creative mix, channel adaptations, daily publishing and comment care for one brand. We define the four accounts and confirm the start date during onboarding.

One daily original means one core idea with channel-specific versions. In a 30-day month, that is 30 originals and up to 120 placements across four channels. It does not mean 120 unique videos. We agree the mix of written posts, carousels and short videos around your product and the formats your channels support.

Premium ghostwriting means considered, edited writing in your voice, grounded in facts you approve. It covers your social content; website blogs, newsletters, paid advertising, filming and direct-message customer support are outside this package.

• Get aligned. Share your website, audience, priorities, current product facts and examples of the voice you want. We agree topics, formats and claims that are off-limits.
• Connect the right accounts. Choose four channels together. We confirm access and publishing support before the service starts; availability depends on the platform and account. Your accounts remain yours.
• Approve the starting point. Review the voice guide and first content batch. Agree whether later posts need your review or can go live within that approved direction.
• Hand over the day-to-day. We prepare the content, adapt it per channel, schedule it and check delivery. If a connection fails, we resolve it or contact you for the access needed.
• Keep learning. We review the published work and recurring audience questions with you each month, then use that feedback to shape the next calendar.

Comment replies with context

We check the managed channels daily and reply to genuine public comments using the product facts and response guidelines agreed with you. A person oversees the work. We do not promise an instant reply or continuous live support.

Spam and abuse are handled through the agreed moderation approach. Private account questions, refunds, complaints needing a business decision and sensitive topics are escalated to your nominated contact. We do not guess an answer or ask customers to share private information publicly.

Tell us about expected high-volume launches during onboarding so we can agree how comment handling will work before you commit. The service begins only after we confirm that the accounts, access and workload fit the package.

Who this is for

Done For You fits founders and small teams with a real product, clear customer knowledge and too little time to keep their social channels moving. It is a good fit when you want someone to own execution while you own the business.

Email Mees with your website, the four channels you want managed and what you want your social presence to achieve. Mention any launch dates or customer-service requirements. We will confirm fit, access, monthly terms and your start date before the service begins.

Requesting onboarding does not create a subscription or take payment. The software trial applies to Starter; Done For You starts through a separate service agreement.
