How to reach us, sign in, manage your subscription and find your files.

Email meestierolff@gmail.com. Mention the email address you use for HiggsCat and the brand your question is about. Never forward a sign-in link; it gives access to your account.
Signing in
Open Log in and choose Continue with Google. Use the Google account associated with your HiggsCat brand. If you received a separate email sign-in link, open it within 15 minutes; each link works once.
Trial and allowance
The trial lasts seven days from account creation and includes three completed standard creatives for one brand, with no card. Your workspace shows the actual dates and your remaining allowance.
Subscription and invoices
Choose Starter in Settings to subscribe through Stripe Checkout: €29 per brand per month, excluding VAT. Manage subscription in Settings opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can view invoices, update your payment method or cancel. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the paid month. See the terms for details.
Your files
Saved creatives appear in your Library once they are Ready. Ready files remain available for download after your trial or subscription ends. Publishing appears only for channels shown as verified in Accounts; you can always download a file and post it yourself.
Your data
To request a copy, correction or deletion of your data, email us from the address you use for HiggsCat. The privacy page explains what we store and which providers we use.
