Terms
The terms for the HiggsCat trial and the Starter subscription: what is included, how billing and cancellation work, and what you are responsible for.
Who provides HiggsCat
HiggsCat is provided by Top of the World Reizen, a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands. Contact: meestierolff@gmail.com.
What HiggsCat does
HiggsCat reads public information about your product and prepares a dossier for you to confirm. From that confirmed Product DNA it creates daily proposals. When you save a proposal, it is rendered into files you can download: an activity video (MP4) with caption, or a photo carousel with caption. You decide what to save, download and publish. HiggsCat does not guarantee views, followers or sales.
Free trial
- Seven days, starting when your account is created, regardless of how you sign in.
- Up to three completed standard creatives, for one brand.
- No card needed. The trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically.
Your workspace shows your actual trial dates and remaining allowance.
Starter subscription
- €29 per brand per month, excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Each paid month includes 20 standard exports. Proposals start in batches of ten; after you review a batch, further proposals may be prepared subject to capacity and account limits. Unused exports do not carry over to the next month.
- You pay through Stripe Checkout. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel it.
- Your allowance is added once Stripe confirms your payment. If a renewal payment fails, no new monthly allowance is added until the payment succeeds.
- Publishing to a social channel needs a paid plan and is available only for channels shown as verified in Accounts.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time in Settings under Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. The subscription stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. The portal also shows your invoices and lets you update your payment method. Ready files remain available for download after your trial or subscription ends.
Your responsibilities
- Only add products you own or are authorized to market.
- Check the product facts you confirm and review each creative before you save, download or publish it.
- You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of each platform you publish on.
- Protect the accounts and email address you use to sign in.
Your files
You may use the Ready files you create to market your product. Some creatives include stock video or photos from Pexels, provided under the Pexels license. Trend references in Viral belong to their original creators and are shown for reference only.
Law and your rights
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal.
Changes
